Marli McGraw is a REALTOR with Seven Gables Real Estate in Huntington Beach, California.  Since being licensed in 2003, she has helped clients as they navigate real estate transactions ranging from working with existing homeowners who are downsizing, moving up or buying or selling rental properties, to buyers who are relocating, buying their first home, or moving up.

While her practice focuses primarily on single family homes, condos and townhomes throughout Orange County, with particular local expertise in Huntington Beach’s Sol Vista neighborhood south of the Bella Tera Mall, her service area extends well beyond Orange County, having successfully represented buyers in Chino Hills, Fontana, Seal Beach, Lakewood and San Clemente and sold properties in Murietta and Chino. This broad geographical reach across Southern California allows her to help her clients find the right home regardless of where their search takes them.

Marli is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS and the Orange County Association of REALTORS. Beyond real estate, she is committed the Huntington Beach community, volunteering with the Bolsa Chica Land Trust where her conservation efforts were recognized with the Kennedy-Koplan Conservation Award in 2002. She values education, studying for a year at the St. Louis University Extension in Madrid and obtaining a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.
